I never welded before, but recently took possession of a TIG welder and was looking for a tank of Argon. I went in and spoke with Rob, and he was extremely helpful with info regarding tank size, buying vs. renting, and providing helpful tips to someone just getting started. Awesome customer service and will definitely be coming back!

On Fourth of July weekend we went to another place to have our CO2 switched out. The next morning it was empty but the place we bought it was closed. I called Jackson welding supply which is an hour away from us but everywhere in our town was closed. Rob told me not to worry and bring my CO2 tank in and I would have CO2 for my party. They stayed open till my husband got there, I don’t know what we would’ve done if he wasn’t so nice! Thanks again Rob!

I am just starting to TIG and Stick weld. The lady at the counter was friendly, patient and hard working, juggling several customers and kept us all happy. She assisted me in selecting the right gas, proper size tungsten, rods and even explained the differences between materials/brands to me (as a novice I really appreciated this). The prices were honest, I checked them all online and they were quite resonable.
